New York, NY

We offer holistic, culturally responsive therapy for high-achieving women of color and LGBTQ+ individuals who feel weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, identity questions, relationship stress, and the pressure to always have it together. Therapy is a space to examine how systemic forces shape your experiences, while building self-acceptance, emotional resilience, and sustainable ways of living. Our work supports you in reconnecting with your values so you can show up as your most authentic, empowered, and unapologetic self.

Unlearning Survival:
A Virtual Process Group for Queer, Trans, and Non-Binary People of Color*
Unlearning Survival is a therapy process group for queer, trans, and non-binary people of color who are exhausted from navigating systems that demand resilience, self-sacrifice, and emotional labor.
This is not a skills-based group or a space for fixing yourself. Instead, we focus on relational process; exploring patterns as they emerge in real time, noticing how survival strategies show up in connection, and practicing new ways of being with others that don’t require shrinking, performing, or caretaking.
Grounded in an anti-oppressive, relational, and mindfulness-informed framework, this group centers lived experience, collective wisdom, and the impact of racism, patriarchy, heteronormativity, and capitalism on our inner and relational worlds.
Come as you are. You don’t need to explain yourself here.
*This group is not open to cisgender men in order to reduce the replication of gendered power dynamics that many queer, trans, and non-binary people of color experience in daily life. The intention is to create a space where participants can show up without monitoring, caretaking, or self-silencing, and where relational patterns shaped by patriarchy can be explored with greater safety and depth.
